Kris Nadalin is a registered builder with more than a decade experience building everything from high-end townhouses, Large scale commercial and apartment buildings, and second-storey additions to eye watering backyard decks and designer bathrooms.
Kris is passionate about all things building and has a wealth of knowledge developed from working across both commercial and residential sectors.
He began his career as a carpenter working for a boutique custom home builder where he had the privilege of learning the technical, nuts-and-bolts aspects of carpentry and building. He then moved into commercial development, where he honed his skills in project management roles, overseeing the delivery of multi-level residential projects worth up to $15 million.
Kris' experience working across both private and commercial, boutique and large-scale development has given him a unique insight into the building process and taught him that, no matter how big or small a project, the two most important factors of building are communication and detail., which have become the guiding principles behind Knstruct Bayside.
