Kris Nadalin DB-U 68015

Kris Nadalin is a registered builder with more than a decade experience building everything from high-end townhouses, Large scale commercial and apartment buildings, and second-storey additions to eye watering backyard decks and designer bathrooms.

Kris is passionate about all things building and has a wealth of knowledge developed from working across both commercial and residential sectors.

He began his career as a carpenter working for a boutique custom home builder where he had the privilege of learning the technical, nuts-and-bolts aspects of carpentry and building. He then moved into commercial development, where he honed his skills in project management roles, overseeing the delivery of multi-level residential projects worth up to $15 million.

Kris’ experience working across both private and commercial, boutique and large-scale development has given him a unique insight into the building process and taught him that, no matter how big or small a project, the two most important factors of building are communication and detail., which have become the guiding principles behind Knstruct Bayside.

Kris firmly believes the devil is in the detail and his passion for transparency, trust and quality craftsmanship are the foundations for his company, Knstruct Bayside,

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had such a fantastic experience with Kris and Pilar from Knstruct Bayside. Kris and his team built a beautiful pergola for us with high end finishes including plaster and skylights in a quick time frame. All communications from Pilar and Kris were clear and timely and the finished product exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Knstruct Bayside for building and renovations.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently worked with Kris Nadalin from Knstruct Bayside on an extensive home renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, Kris demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to quality.
What truly set him apart was his ability to not only meet expectations but exceed them—the entire project was completed ahead of the scheduled deadline, which is incredibly rare in the building world. Despite the scope and complexity of the renovation, every detail was handled with care, precision, and a high standard of craftsmanship.
Kris was always approachable, transparent, and solutions‑focused, making the entire renovation process far less stressful than I anticipated. The workmanship is outstanding, and the finish speaks for itself.
I’m absolutely thrilled with the final result and would highly recommend Kris and the Knstruct Bayside team to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy builder. If you want a renovation experience that delivers quality and peace of mind, Kris is the person to call.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After Observing the transformation work Kris and his team undertook in a Beach House renovation across the street from us we were in need of having two large windows replaced in front of our house.
The job was completed in a day and I was impressed in the team’s workmanship & Professionalism.
I would highly recommend Knstruct as Builders of choice and I know for any future work we would always use them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After getting a few quotes that just didn’t feel right, there was something about the way Kris presented himself and his business that gave us confidence we’d found the right person for our kitchen renovation.

With years of experience behind him, Kris has absolutely nailed the good ’ol project management triangle of “time, cost, and scope.” His quote was spot on — thanks to a full, no-shortcuts build contract — which meant no back-and-forth or nasty surprise variations. The attention to detail right from the start meant the build came in bang on budget and, even better, was finished exactly when Kris said it would be. With Pilar running the admin side like a pro, and a team of polite, respectful tradies who treated our home like their own, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free.

Kris is honest, easy to deal with, and has an eagle eye for detail. He really listened to what we wanted and delivered beyond our expectations — but most importantly, he brought the “home” back into our house, and for that I’m so grateful.

It’s rare to find a builder who combines skill with genuine care for their clients, but Knstruct Bayside does exactly that. We’d recommend them in a heartbeat and would happily work with them again!
